Bagdrop Logistics Solutions offers door-to-door baggage delivery services, including airport transfers, courier and excess luggage delivery solutions. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.
• You must ensure all baggage is properly packed, secured, and complies with airline and regulatory standards.
• You must not include any prohibited or illegal items in your baggage.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Pricing is subject to change based on weight, destination, and service type.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or incorrect address submissions.

5. Liability

• Bagdrop Logistics Solutions is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as weather, traffic, or governmental actions.
• Our maximum liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited to INR 5,000 per booking, unless higher value coverage is purchased.
• We are not responsible for items that are fragile, perishable, or not declared at the time of booking.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in baggage sent via Bagdrop Logistics Solutions:

• Explosives or flammable materials
• Weapons, ammunition, or sharp objects
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Cash, jewelry, or high-value personal items (unless declared and insured)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, text, graphics, and software are the property of Bagdrop Logistics Solutions and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
