2. Pickup & Delivery Zones

  • We currently offer services in select major cities and airports across India. Availability may vary based on your location.
  • Delivery to remote areas may be subject to additional time or service limitations.

3. Pickup Policy

  • Customers must schedule pickups at least 4 hours in advance.
  • Bags must be packed, locked, and labeled prior to pickup.
  • Our representatives will verify identity and booking details at the time of pickup.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • For airport-to-home deliveries: Expected delivery within 6 to 12 hours from flight arrival time.
  • For door-to-door or intercity deliveries: Delivery within 24 to 72 hours depending on the location.
  • Tracking updates will be sent via SMS/email.

5. Delivery Process

  • Customers must be available at the destination address or must assign an authorized receiver.
  • ID verification may be required at the time of delivery.
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur rescheduling charges.

6. Delays

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to flight disruptions, weather, traffic, or other force majeure events.
  • We will notify you promptly in the event of any delays and work toward the earliest resolution.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are based on bag size, weight, delivery distance, and service type.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • All baggage is handled with care and tracked throughout its journey.
  • In case of damage or loss, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims will be processed as per our Terms & Conditions and insurance policy (if applicable).
