1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking with Bagdrop subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made 15 days before the scheduled date will be eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or missed pickups due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation confirmation.

4. Service Failures

If Bagdrop Logistics Solutions is unable to fulfill the service due to operational or logistical issues, the full amount will be refunded. We strive to notify customers as early as possible in such rare cases.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect or incomplete booking details provided by the customer.
• Baggage containing restricted or prohibited items.
• Delays or non-performance due to force majeure events like natural disasters, strikes, traffic blocks, or airport restrictions.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund was unfairly denied or processed incorrectly, you may contact us with detailed information. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.
